1. Allowed use
Peachvyn Flow is built for legitimate business automation — onboarding flows, transactional communications, internal approvals, operational analytics, and customer service workflows.
2. Prohibited activities
- Sending unsolicited marketing or spam.
- Phishing, impersonation, or fraudulent activity.
- Distributing malware, ransomware, or harmful code.
- Harassment, hate speech, or threats.
- Violating intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or circumventing security controls.
- Using the service to compete directly with Peachvyn Flow.
- High-volume sending without verified consent from recipients.
3. Messaging rules
All transactional messages must comply with applicable law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL). You must have a lawful basis to message each recipient, include accurate sender identity, and honor unsubscribe and data-deletion requests promptly.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, throttle or pause messaging, request remediation, suspend workspaces, or terminate accounts. Severe violations may be reported to law enforcement.
