1. Official channels

All official Peachvyn Flow communications come from @peachvyn.my.id domain addresses. Treat messages from any other domain with caution.

  • General support: support@peachvyn.my.id
  • Sales & demos: Contact form
  • Security: security@peachvyn.my.id
  • Privacy / data requests: privacy@peachvyn.my.id

2. Response times

  • Starter: within 48 hours, business days.
  • Growth: within 24 hours, priority queue.
  • Enterprise: within 4 business hours, dedicated success manager.
  • Security incidents: within 2 hours, 24/7.

3. Abuse reports

Report misuse of Peachvyn Flow (spam, phishing, fraud) to support@peachvyn.my.id with subject line "Abuse Report". We investigate every report.

4. Legal notices

Subpoenas, legal process, and DMCA notices must be sent to support@peachvyn.my.id with subject line "Legal Notice". We comply with valid legal requests under applicable law.

5. Communication etiquette

We treat every conversation with respect and professionalism, and we expect the same. We reserve the right to decline service to anyone engaging in harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward our team.
