1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a workspace or otherwise using Peachvyn Flow, you confirm that you are authorized to bind your organization to these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, the activity that occurs under your workspace, and ensuring your team members comply with these terms.
3. Acceptable use
Use Peachvyn Flow only for lawful business purposes. Specifically prohibited: unsolicited bulk email, phishing, malware distribution, harassment, infringement of others' rights, or any use that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Plans & payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Enterprise plans include a formal SLA with service credits. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance on our status page.
6. Intellectual property
Peachvyn Flow and all original content, features, and functionality remain our exclusive property. You retain all rights to data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, threaten platform integrity, or are used for prohibited activities. You may cancel at any time from your workspace settings.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peachvyn Flow's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be notified by email and in-app at least 14 days before taking effect.
